    • This masterclass begins with defining business goals and objectives to drive all communications decisions and continues with an environmental scan and a SWOT analysis to discover your timely communications needs and opportunities.

    • This plan will include business goals and objectives; company statements (mission, vision and positioning); company messaging (key messages, elevator speech and tagline); and communications goals and objectives.

    • Your plan also will include an evaluation section with plans to measure the success of your communications goals and objectives.

    • All successful communication begins with a solid strategy.

    • Your finished strategic communications plan will provide direction for any marketing execution, including public relations.

    • The plan will give you confidence and increased ease, knowing you are consistently communicating the same messages to your identified priority audiences, contributing to a stronger brand with every step.
